Sales Team Member 

We are looking for a Full time “can do and sales driven” Sales Team Member to join our small but fast growing company, dealing with over 800 clients.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Being the first point of contact for PLT Training
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Managing the requirements of established clients, advising them when training needs refreshing and booking as required or updating them about new courses that may be of interest
  • Developing and creating new sales opportunities via email and telephone
  • Proactively following up leads
  • Keeping detailed records of clients on the CRM system (Sage ACT)
  • Making customer service calls
  • Taking bookings via email and telephone
  • Organising the trainers diaries
  • Internally liaising with your fellow Sales team members, Trainers, Admin and Finance team and the Marketing team

Skills/Experience Required

  • Microsoft excel and office
  • Ability to quickly learn computer programs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload where things change quickly
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Brilliant telephone skills
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Ability to build strong working relationships – internally and externally
  • Capacity to persuade, influence and negotiate whilst maintaining a positive attitude
  • Literacy and numeracy
  • Administration skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Able to work as part of a small team but equally use your own initiative

Desired Skills/Knowledge

  • Worked in a sales environment preferably (B2B)
  • Worked with a CRM system

Freelance First Aid Trainer 

Freelance First Aid Trainer required to a deliver a wide range of first aid courses for our small but fast growing company with over 700 clients.

Skills/Experience Required

  • You must have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Essential to have your own transport as you may be asked to work within a 30+ mile radius of Wolverhampton
  • Good organisational skills

Self-Employed Instructor Required at PLT Training

PLT Training Limited are seeking experienced self-employed trainers for various training elements including, but not limited to: Forklift / Crane and First Aid registered instructors to join the PLT Training team.

Based in Wolverhampton but covering UK wide.

Required Qualifications

  • Correct/appropriate RTITB/ITSSAR registered instructor or equivalent
  • Competent to deliver Counterbalance and Reach is essential
  • Multi-skilled trainers who can deliver courses for a wide range of equipment would be desirable

Skills/Experience Required

  • Presentable appearance at all times
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Your own training aids (projectors etc.)
  • Must have your own transport
  • You must have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • 1+ years of commercial training experience

It would be advantageous if you can deliver Health & Safety courses, but this is not essential to the role

Competitive rates of pay, which are paid weekly. Full PLT Induction delivered once on-boarding is completed.
