Gene started his career as an Operation Manager in the Warehousing Industry where he had the opportunity to work closely with a variety of departments to ensure business goals were met.

With his role in Operations he enjoyed training his colleagues to ensure safety of everyone in the workplace and decided to pursue a career as a FLT Instructor.

In his spare time, Gene can be found on a hike or in a forest enjoying the great outdoors.
