Matt has around nine years of experience working within warehouse and logistics operations. Before moving into a dedicated instructor and assessor role, he was already assessing forklift operators during the recruitment process to ensure they were suitable for the job. He was also responsible for training new starters and helping them develop the skills needed to work safely and confidently.

He later moved into a formal MHE Instructor and Assessor position, delivering forklift training and assessments for operators with varying levels of experience.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys gaming, following Aston Villa, and taking on practical projects. He has a natural curiosity and enjoys learning how things work, whether that involves building his own PC or customising mechanical keyboards and gaming controllers.

Fun Fact

One of Matt’s favourite hobbies is collecting and modifying watches. He enjoys learning about the different components that make up a watch and experimenting with changes such as straps, cases, and dials to create unique designs.
