Such a proud moment for PLT Training as their staffing grows having recruited 4 new experienced employees to join the team. This includes an Operations Director, an Administration & Compliance manager and 2 Sales Administrators.
Karen Reid the Operations Director joined PLT Training in August 2018 with the target to commence the journey of growth into corporate business. Karen has a wealth of experience having worked for over 30 years in the Healthcare sector, and completion of degrees in Business and Strategic Management.
Penny Bennett the new Administration and Compliance Manager joined us in July 2018. And she has done wonderfully well by reviewing our current systems and making changes where needed. Previously she has worked within the education sector for over 15 years managing large accounts, and now she brings a wealth of experience to PLT Training.
Katherine Lang and Amanda Simkiss recently joined the sales team and have quickly adapted to their new working environment. Both Katherine and Amanda combined, bring over 20 years of experience having worked in sales previously. They both are fun and approachable, and have already demonstrated their strong working ethic.
The new recruited employees have all hit the ground running, settling in alongside the existing staff and the blend of characters certainly makes for a lively working environment!
PLT are looking at a very exciting year ahead, building and strengthening existing relationships and forging new ones, whilst keeping the services and training on offer, at the highest quality.
